NOTICE OF MEETING
Hello,
The Board of Directors of the Association of Les Archers Perrotdamois invites you to its Annual General Assembly on Wednesday, February 19th at 7 pm, as stipulated in the by-laws of the corporation.
At this meeting, there will be elections, presentation of the annual financial report and a question period.
Elections will be for a two-year term for the:
- President
- Secretary
- Director of Activities
The current board of directors is running with very few members. We need new directors for the well being of the club.
We urge all members of the Club to get involved to keep the club open and make it prosper for the benefit of all archery enthusiasts in the area.
Your presence at this meeting is essential to ensure succession to the board of directors and thereby the sustainability of the club.
The members of the organizing committee thank you for your involvement and ask you to accept their sincere greetings.
