Hello Archers!
Our friends at Microbrasserie Solidaire Perodam have done us the great honor of brewing a beer inspired by Les Archers Perrotdamois.
Dans le Mille is a traditional german Kölsch; a hybrid beer brewed hot with ale yeasts but conditioned cold like a lager, a process requiring a high level of precision.
The result: a clear, fresh beer that is complex and comforting. You will find aromas of good fresh bread and marmalade and a light bitter end that is very refreshing. A perfect pairing with fall weather in Quebec.
Go by the brewery to say hello and a big thank you to these sorcerors of brew who have so generously deployed their talents to pay hommage to our beloved Club. Enjoy the fruit of their efforts, a local and unique artisanal product.
