VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – Tournament on February 15th
Hello Archers,
Once again we call upon you to help us set up our sanctioned Pro-3D tournament on February 15th.
The tournament will be presented at Club de Tir le Gardeur’s indoor range
located at 225 Ch. de la Presqu’Île in Repentigny.
We will need volunteers for:
Saturday the 14th (beginning at 16:00)
–Placing and numbering the 3D’s on the range
-Setting up a few tables to register the participants
The day of the Tournament (starting at 6:30 – 7:00)
–Welcoming the participants and registering them for the tourney (min. 2 people)
-Blowing the whistle at the shooting line (2 people)
-Taking food orders and preparing food for the participants (2 people)
-Ordering the cue for teams to start their rounds (1-2 people)
