Volunteers wanted – Tournament setup – Saturday August 15th – 9:30AM
Hello Archers!
We are asking for volunteers to help us out with our sanctioned tournaments, this year we ask specifically if any of you can help ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT (August 16th and Sept 6th)
We will need a hand with greeting and registering participants as well as operating the cantine and barbecue.
Please let us know if you can be present between 7:00 and 15:00 on Sunday August 16th by writing to info@archersperrotdamois.com. Volunteers are always welcome to shoot their tournament on Saturday afternoon.
Like every year, we are in need of volunteers to install the tournament. On Saturday the 15th of August starting at 9:30, we will need to:
-Rake and clean up the shooting lanes
-General clean-up of the property
-Remove branches and fallen trees from the paths
-Place the colored stakes and 3D targets
-Mark the shooting lanes with numbered stakes
-Mark with an “X” the kill zones of permanent 3D targets
-Mark the open paths with cord and signage
-Install ropes on the steeper lanes (gully side)
Come one come all on Saturday August 16th starting at 9:30. This is a great occasion to meet the other members of the Club.
A pizza lunch will be served to all volunteers around noon.
N.B.: The range will be CLOSED: It will not be possible to shoot while work is going on.
