Volunteers wanted – Tournament setup – Saturday August 16th – 9:30AM
Hello Archers!
Like every year, the Club is organizing a Tournament sanctioned by Le Circuit Pro-3D, we are in need of volunteers to:
-Rake and clean up the shooting lanes
-General clean-up of the property
-Remove branches and fallen trees from the paths
-Place the colored stakes and 3D targets
-Mark the shooting lanes with numbered stakes
-Mark with an “X” the kill zones of permanent 3D targets
-Mark the open paths with cord and signage
-Install ropes on the steeper lanes (gully side)
Come one come all on Saturday August 16th starting at 9:30. This is a great occasion to meet the other members of the Club.
A pizza lunch will be served to all volunteers around noon.
N.B.: The range will be CLOSED: It will not be possible to shoot while work is going on.
